It's the time of the year and Christmas is round the corner, so how can I not bake my favourite Christmas Fruit Cake.As usual, I soaked the mixed fruits in orange juice instead of rum and the same moist texture as I always wanted. I gave some to my neighbour, nicely wrapped for the festive and glad that she love it.
