It has been a long time since I updated my blog as my kitchen was under major renovation. This was the day that I had an open ceremony for my new kitchen as well as my new oven. I baked these simple Banana Cake to try out the new oven and it turned out perfect! It was extremely quiet during baking (I almost forgot I was baking) and the heat was even, just the nice brown colour for my cakes. I am looking forward to do more bakes soon!
